The Gambling Wizard

The Gambling Wizard was made in 2+2+2 Hours for Trijam 222!!! The theme I chose was "You don't stand a chance." When I initially read this theme, the words "Stand" and "Chance" stood out to me. The first thing that popped into my head was Black Jack!!

The Gambling wizard is a simple top down shooter game, but with a twist!! Before you begin the game there is a "Draw Phase." The draw phase essentially plays like a game of Black Jack, but each card that you draw will either be a buff or a debuff on your characters stats. Its possible to draw up to five cards.  You can choose to either "hit" or "stay." If you hit, you flip over the next card and receive whatever buff or debuff is on the card. If you decide to stay, you start the battle with whatever stat modifiers you've already turned over.

What kind of player will you be? Will you be a risk taker? Someone who says: "I'll never stand when there's a chance for a cool new buff!!!"? (See what I did with the theme there? ) or will you be the type of player who likes to play it safe, in order to avoid any nasty debuffs? Find out by gambling with your stats in The Gambling Wizard!!!
